Prestige Wine Experience · the mythical 1961 vintage
Six courses by Three-MICHELIN-Starred Chef Julien Tongourian, and Palmer from the 2023 white back to the legendary 1961 — with Thomas Duroux returning to Macau to open the 480 bottles re-corked at Hotel Lisboa twenty-one years ago.
