The 1947 Cheval Blanc is considered a miraculous vintage — the greatest wine of the 20th century. It is both very powerful and extremely well-balanced.

Due to its high percentage of alcohol, combined with some residual sugar, many critics consider this wine totally extraordinary and unique in the world of wine.

Despite its age, it is still in spectacular form — utterly captivating, with a presence that feels both profound and effortless.

Since 1991, Pierre Lurton has guided Château Cheval Blanc with the precision of an orchestral conductor — overseeing the countless details that define the estate’s exacting standards and embody its enduring pursuit of excellence.

Widely recognised as one of France’s preeminent winemakers, he will share profound insights into an iconic lineup of Cheval Blanc wines, flawlessly paired with exquisite French gastronomy.

Julien Tongourian

An eight-course haute French menu, personally designed to bring out the character of each exceptional vintage. Chef Julien began his career in 1996 and worked with legendary Chef Joël Robuchon for more than 20 years. After leading esteemed kitchens in Paris and Hong Kong, he became Executive Chef of Robuchon au Dôme in 2015.

Under his leadership, the restaurant has consistently held Three MICHELIN Stars for 18 consecutive years.
